GET INVOLVED

JOIN GPE

Global Peace Exchange welcomes any FSU student of any major or career path to be a member of our organization! Our projects have a vast array of focus areas, from education to business, the environment to health. There is something for everyone in GPE. Members also have the opportunity to propose new partnerships at the beginning of the academic year.

Aside from our global partnerships, GPE also does service in our local Tallahassee community. In this way, GPE can expand its positive impact even when we're not abroad. Members also get the chance to have a positive impact here at home.

COME TO A MEETING

GPE holds general body meetings every Sunday, with board meetings being held on an as-needed basis. Non-board members are welcome to join these meetings too! The times and locations of our meetings usually vary week by week, so if you are interested in attending, please check our Facebook page for more up to date information.

BECOME A MEMBER

By becoming a member, you are eligible to participate in one of our summer projects. Members are also able to vote in elections and run for a position. Dues for a regular membership are $15 or $20 with a GPE shirt.

Also be sure to add us on Nole Central

JOIN A
PARTNERSHIP TEAM

Each year, our project directors look to bring volunteers on our summer projects! We have currently filled all volunteer spots for the summer of 2017, but you are welcome to apply next year! Check out our partnership page for more information about this year's partnerships.

SUPPORT OUR MARKETPLACE

Compassionate Women is a women’s enterprise started by two GPE Ghana Project members. A women’s group in Tafi Atome, Ghana, works to produce hand-made products such as clothes, jewelry, and coasters. 100% of the profit made from the products is sent back to the women’s group.
